Learning should continue throughout life, even after graduation. This does not necessarily mean going back to school, but rather adopting a new attitude. We are moving from education to learning, and from choosing between working life and studies to combining the two.
As a Prodeko community, we have the opportunity to develop our own expertise together, utilizing our unique community. Since Prodeko people hold very important positions in many companies, many of us also have a duty to maintain and develop our own expertise. The Lifelong Learning project was launched for precisely this purpose: to enable lifelong learning for Prodeko people.

The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management is one of Aalto University’s centers of excellence, producing internationally high-quality research and education. The department’s teaching and research develop the skills relevant for technology entrepreneurship and the transformation of technology-based business. Graduates of the program operate in expert and managerial positions in the technology industry and other sectors of business and as entrepreneurs in building an increasingly sustainable society.
